Ultimate Pick-up support

Ultimate Pick-up helps players find and organize local Ultimate Frisbee pickup games. If something is not working or a listing needs attention, contact us at Aerospace.jvg@gmail.com.

Game Finder, voice, and Calendar

• Ultimate Pickup Chat on the website works without an account. Organizer Pro is not required.
• The iOS app may use a signed-in account for its native Game Finder history and account features.
• Allow Location while using the app so Game Finder can compare nearby listings.
• Voice input requires Microphone and Speech Recognition access and works only when on-device recognition is available for the current language. You can always type instead.
• Ultimate Pick-up sends the transcript, not microphone audio. Check the result's listing source because schedules and field conditions can change.
• Add to Calendar opens Apple's editable event sheet. Tap Add there to save, or Cancel to leave your calendar unchanged.

Organizer Pro and tournament help

• Organizer Pro can be purchased, restored, or managed only in the iOS app. The website displays the entitlement linked to the same signed-in account.
• Players do not need Pro to join a team or register for a tournament.
• Paid registration is confirmed only after Pledge sends a verified provider webhook. A browser return or email is not payment confirmation.
• Refunds remain pending until Pledge confirms them. Include the tournament and registration identifiers when contacting support.

Creating and editing games

• Sign in with Apple or Google and choose a public username before creating a game.
• Create a game from the Create page with a field location, start time, and optional details.
• While signed in, use the game detail page to edit or cancel games created by your username.

Account deletion

Signed-in users can delete their account from the website header or app settings. Deleting the account removes games created by that account. Public listings imported by Ultimate Pick-up are marked as created by UP and are not tied to a personal account.

Reporting a listing

Email the game title, field location, and the public game link to Aerospace.jvg@gmail.com. We review reports about inaccurate locations, unsafe content, spam, or games that appear to impersonate an organizer.

Reported listings are reviewed by the Ultimate Pick-up operator. Unsafe, spam, duplicate, or impersonating listings can be hidden from public map and detail views.

App Store and website help

For App Store review, privacy questions, or website availability issues, use the same contact address. Include the device, browser, app version if applicable, and the page or game link involved.
