Terms of Use

By using Ultimate Pick-up, you agree to use the service responsibly and only for organizing or finding real local Ultimate Frisbee pickup games.

Acceptable use

• Post accurate game times, field locations, and organizer notes.
• Do not post spam, impersonation, harassment, illegal content, or intentionally misleading listings.
• Do not abuse reactions, account access, support channels, or the public game directory.

Your content and content rights

You retain ownership of listings, photos, team or tournament materials, and other content you submit. You grant Ultimate Pick-up a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, transmit, and moderate that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for copies reasonably retained for backups, provider reconciliation, legal obligations, audits, fraud prevention, or resolved moderation records.

You represent that you own your submitted content or have all permissions needed to submit it and grant this license. Do not upload copyrighted photos, private information, logos, or other material that you are not authorized to share. We may remove content after a rights, privacy, safety, or impersonation complaint.

Source-backed public listings

Ultimate Pick-up may display public factual schedule and location information from clubs, parks, leagues, community pages, and tournament organizers. Source-backed listings retain an origin link and attribution when available. Third-party names, logos, photos, and source materials remain the property of their owners and are not used to imply sponsorship. Rights holders and organizers can request a correction or removal through the support address below.

Game Finder

Website visitors can type questions into Ultimate Pickup Chat without an account; native app features may use a signed-in account. Responses are limited to current listings supplied by Ultimate Pick-up, but schedules, locations, source material, and AI summaries can still be incomplete, stale, or mistaken. Verify the linked listing and field conditions before traveling. Game Finder cannot create or change games, make purchases, or save an event to your calendar; you choose a result and confirm any calendar event in Apple's event editor.

Organizer responsibility

Game creators are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, field permissions, weather judgment, and communicating changes to players. Ultimate Pick-up provides listing and discovery tools; it does not supervise games or verify field conditions.

Organizer Pro

Organizer Pro is an auto-renewing digital subscription purchased only through Apple's App Store. Localized price and billing terms appear before purchase. There is no free trial or Family Sharing. Cancelling stops future renewal; access continues through the paid period and any App Store billing grace period. Expired organizers retain read access and limited controls needed to finish or cancel already-published events.

Tournaments and charity payments

Initial tournaments are U.S.-only, adult-only, team-based, single-elimination events with a fixed USD per-player entry. Each player pays individually. When paid registration is enabled, Pledge receives and disburses funds directly; Ultimate Pick-up does not hold charity money or take a platform percentage. Charity and entry-fee choices become immutable after the first confirmed payment. Provider webhooks determine payment and refund status. Ultimate Pick-up does not make tax-deductibility claims.

Organizer Copilot

Copilot output is a draft proposal that an organizer must review. Copilot cannot select a charity, publish an event, charge a participant, confirm payment, change an entitlement, issue a refund, or write financial state. Organizers remain responsible for event facts, field permissions, safety, and participant communications.

No emergency use

Ultimate Pick-up is not an emergency service. If there is an emergency, contact local emergency services or field staff directly.

Accounts and moderation

Creating a game requires Apple or Google sign-in and a public username. Keep your account secure. We may remove or limit listings that appear unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, or unrelated to local pickup games.
